![]() Add new Skull Type - Related to my skill tree suggestion, I would like to add the idea of creating a 4th skull type: Mage. Granted, I have no idea what the devs current plans are for the skill tree, but those are just a few thoughts on it.ģ. This would also be a good reason to make the witch a rare NPC that pops up during a run to give you the chance to change your skill tree on the fly to suit your current build (if you're lucky). Another option along that line would to give each branch a big major buff at the end, but only allow you to take one of those buffs at a time, giving a reason to revisit the witch and change your build from time to time. For example, the branch of speed skull buffs could increase crit rate/damage, attack speed, give a damage buff for dashing sort of like the sword item does, etc. One suggestion I would like to give is to add a branch of the skill tree for each skull type (power/speed/balance) that benefits that type and helps makes their classification more meaningful. ![]() Skill Tree (Witch) - I understand that the skill tree is not yet finished and that a rework of it is on the way, but it sorely needs to be expanded. For a roguelike game, maxing out the use of your permanent progression resource in Skul takes a very short time, so the game desperately needs more interesting ways to spend it.Ģ. There is a ton of empty space that I assume will eventually house more NPC's for you to interact with and spend Dark Quartz on, since as soon as you finish your skill tree, you quickly amass an enormous pile of quartz with literally nothing to do with it. Home Base - This area is pretty sparse at the moment. Any feedback from the devs (or community of course) would be greatly appreciated and hopefully I can do my part to help make the game as good as possible. So far I like the game and I think it has a lot of promise, but there are still some things I'd like to see added/adjusted, so I've decided to put my thoughts on game balance and other issues into a long post where I discuss things I think the game needs or could work on.
